Hot Stone Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation.

Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.

Cupping

Massage Cupping is a modern adaptation of the ancient art of cupping therapy. While massage performed by applying pressure, cupping instead uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues.

Warm Bamboo Massage

Heated bamboo sticks are used to help alleviate muscle tension, reduce pain, increase circulation and provide relaxation.

Reiki Therapy

Reiki is a gentle bodywork technique that promotes healing through stress reduction and deep relaxation. This therapeutic treatment restores the body’s energetic balance, opens up blocked areas, and stimulates innate self-healing properties.

Red Light Therapy

20 minutes/$30 or purchase 10 20 minute sessions for $275

 

Relax under or next to a red/near infrared light panel to hasten muscle recovery, reduce pain, improve skin health, reduce anxiety. This can be scheduled as a stand alone service or added to the end of a massage therapy session. Please speak with your massage therapist to schedule as an add-on to your massage session or, click the Book Now button below to schedule as a stand alone service.

Assisted Stretching

Assisted Stretching is similar to regular stretching, except a highly trained professional does it for you! Your Massage Therapist will assess your range of motion and tailor a session to help improve flexibility.
