Leah Noel

Massage Therapist/Owner

Leah is a Nationally Certified and WI State Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee, WI. She is also a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Leah continues to pursue her education in Massage Therapy in order to add new massage techniques and better serve her clients.

In her free time, Leah enjoys reading, cooking, any excuse to be outside, and snuggling her dog Gus.

Liz Barton

Massage Therapist

Liz is a graduate of the Blue Sky School of Professional Massage. She offers Swedish relaxation massage and Neuromuscular Therapy. Whether it be to achieve relaxation and wellness or to address pain and injury, she is dedicated to working with each individual to meet their unique needs. Liz also enjoys art, music and outdoor adventures.

Katie Johnson

Massage Therapist

Katie is a graduate of Blue Sky School of Professional Massage in Grafton where she was enrolled in the Medical Intensive program. She specializes in therapeutic relaxation massage, incorporating Swedish and Neuromuscular Therapy techniques to help treat pain and stress. She's looking forward to helping you meet your wellness goals in the new year! In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, running, and singing along to musical theatre.

Sarah Lotz

Massage Therapist

Sarah is a graduate from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage, where she was enrolled in the Medical Intensive program. Her approach to massage is to integrate Swedish techniques and Neuromuscular Therapy to achieve the most effective treatments for clients dealing with pain and to promote relaxation. She works with clients to build a treatment plan that is specialized to each individual's therapeutic needs. Sarah enjoys outdoor activities, yoga, reading and watching movies.

Caroline Smith

Massage Therapist

Caroline is a graduate of the Institute of Beauty and a WI State Licensed Massage Therapist. She can offer a deep or light pressure, warm bamboo, pregnancy massage or lymphatic drainage to help achieve your relaxation or pain relief goals. She is dedicated to listening to your needs to provide a customized experience to provide comfort and ease. In her free time she loves spending time with her family.

Melissa Young

Massage Therapist

(WI Lic# 4925-146)

Melissa has been a massage therapist for over 13 years. She has also taught various massage classes for 6 years at schools in Milwaukee.

Her background was originally in HR Management, Training, and Business. She found massage therapy through a very good hot stone massage, and a desire to help folks get relief from the daily grind. She specializes in therapeutic massage offering neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue work, trigger point therapy, and hot stone massage.

In her spare time, she enjoys archery, video games, and spending time with her kitty, Fran.

About Theresa Kopac

Reiki Practioner & Postpartum Doula

Theresa is a supporter of families and creating a healthy start to motherhood. She is committed to helping people relieve their stress and pain, create better health, and bring focus back to the enjoyment of life.
